2. Service

BabyEcho provides an entertainment service using AI technology to generate baby photos based on uploaded ultrasound images. This service is intended solely for entertainment purposes.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using our service, you accept these general terms in full. Use is only permitted for persons 18 years and older.

4. Price and Payment

• Price per generated image: €2.99 inclusive of VAT
• Payment processed via Stripe
• Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy
• No charge for failed generation

5. User Obligations

• Upload only ultrasound images for which you have rights
• Do not use the service for illegal purposes
• Do not upload inappropriate, offensive or copyrighted content
• Respect our systems and avoid excessive use

6. Intellectual Property

• Generated images are owned by the user
• BabyEcho retains ownership of the underlying AI technology
• Users may freely use generated images for personal purposes

7. Liability and Warranties

• NO WARRANTIES: Service provided "as-is" without any warranty
• LIMITED LIABILITY: BabyEcho is not liable for damages, disappointment or emotional impact
• MEDICAL DISCLAIMER: Generated images have no medical value
• MAXIMUM LIABILITY: Limited to the charged amount (€2.99)

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to the service in case of misuse or breach of these terms.

9. Force Majeure

BabyEcho is not liable for outages due to conditions beyond our control, including outages at OpenAI or Stripe.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Modifications are published on our website.

11. Applicable Law

Dutch law is applicable. Disputes are to be resolved by the competent court in the Netherlands.
